"I am with State Farm because of the team at Tom Deladvitch. They take the time to answer all of my questions, offer advice on what policy is the best for my family. "So, I called Tom to get a quote for a business that I was inquiring about buying, and to see if it would be worth it insurance wise. Spoke with Tom directly, and noticed right away that I was dealing with a professional. He answered all of my questions, was very informative, and the quote was competitive. Though the business deal didn't work out, if there ever was another opportunity to do business in the Dover area, Tom would be my first call to get the coverage I need. 5⭐+!"

"I have taken care of business for my son maybe five times out of the 35 years or so he has been with State Farm. I have not always been happy with the way to which I was responded. One time I felt I was deceived, although not intentionally. However, Ms. Angela Gibson is wonderful!!! I don't know if she is a new employee. I have not dealt with her before. If there are any issues in the future, I will ask for Angela. She is an absolute joy to deal with!"

"Insurance... What does it mean? To most it's protection. When I do insurance with Tom Deladvitch at State Farm it's the feeling of using no protection, but somehow feeling safe at the same time. If I smoked, every time I leave his office I'd have a cigarette and a waffle to reflect on how great the experience with Tom was. I'm building a massive car collection to have that experience time and time again. Thank you, Tom. State Farm, take notes and give this guy some sort of prize."

"Been a customer for over 10 yrs. I called to add a policy and was told it would take a week to provide me with just a quote. Customer service in that office has gone down hill . I think it's time to go to another agency that will values my time. What happened to that.... lika a good neighbor Statefarm is there hospitality. and service?"
