"We are in the midst of grieving the very sudden death of my husband and Dion has been phenomenal. You need more employees like her. It pains me to alter this review. I recently attempted to make changes to some very old policies. I have since received correspondence that the paperwork was not filled out correctly. I would think with Dion being the office manager, she should know what needs to be filled out and how to do so correctly. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Because of her error, I now have to make an additional trip to the agency as well as wait even longer on the funds."

"Seems that good driving record doesn't mean much when there are natural disasters and my premiums go up 53% in 2 years to help pay for houses in Hawaii and Florida etc... The insurance companies want me to do things to lower my premiums, how about looking at my record and them doing something. I am supposed to feel good with a 10% decrease in premiums with defensive driving after that 53% increase. Let's just say after over 30 years with State Farm i am looking elsewhere."
