My name is Tom Deladvitch and I would like to thank you for visiting my State Farm Insurance Agency digital site. Our insurance agency offers State Farm Insurance & Financial products to the residents of Delaware and future residents of Delaware.

I started my insurance agency in Dover, Delaware on August 1, 2005. Since opening, our primary focus has been on creating an Outstanding Customer Experience for each and every one of our new and existing policyholders. Dione has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She came to work for Tom Deladvitch 6 years ago as a team member, and has worked her way up to office mananger. She is an active member of the community who participates in several community choirs, and also sits on the board of a charity to assist people after they have experienced a housefire. Dione is married with a teenage daughter, and enjoys spending time with her family and taking her dogs to the park.

Joe is our State Farm Agency Customer Relations Representative. He works part-time in our office while attending the University of Delaware in their sciences program. The experience he gains working with our customers in the agency has helped him greatly as he pursues his career in Exercise Science.
